東京で長蛇の列をつくる名店「うどん慎」で6年間修行を積んだ店主・青木が、
地元・京都の五条東洞院下ルに「おうどん一（はじめ）」をオープンいたしました。

『うどんを通して世界へ挑戦』をコンセプトに、料理の美味しさはもちろんのこと、
空間づくりやお客様一人ひとりの体験も大切にしております。
店舗は、京町家の趣を活かしたデザインで、まんざらグループの伝統を継承しながら、京都らしさを存分に感じていただける空間に仕上げました。

After six years of mastering the art of udon at the famous Udon Shin in Tokyo — known for its long lines and loyal fans — chef Aoki has returned to his hometown of Kyoto to open OUDON Hajime, located just south of Gojo and Higashinotoin Street.

With the concept “Bringing Udon to the World,” we are dedicated not only to the taste and quality of our dishes, but also to crafting a unique dining experience for every guest.
Our restaurant is set in a beautifully restored Kyo-machiya (traditional Kyoto townhouse), combining the timeless charm of Kyoto with the culinary traditions passed down from the Manzara Group. It’s a space where you can feel the essence of Kyoto while enjoying handmade udon.
